Eugene Sherayzen, Esq. is the founder and owner of Sherayzen Law Office, PLLC. Mr. Sherayzen primarily practices in the areas of U.S. and international business and tax law. His main areas of concentration include International Tax Compliance and International Business Law.
In 2007, Mr. Sherayzen joined Saliterman & Siefferman, P.C. as Of Counsel for international tax purposes. In this capacity, Mr. Sherayzen helps our clients with respect to international tax compliance and international tax planning for businesses and individuals.
Mr. Sherayzen is a member of the State of Minnesota Bar, Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a member of the MSBA Publications Committee, a Council member of the Corporate Counsel Section of the MSBA, and President of the International Business Law Section of the MSBA.
Mr. Sherayzen is fluent in English and Russian; he also has a working knowledge of Spanish. Among his favorite hobbies are tennis and chess.
